摘要
茶枯是我国常见的农业废弃物,其中有许多可以利用的有效成分,简单的填埋、焚烧和廉价出口茶枯都将造成资源的极大浪费。目前已有许多提取茶枯中有效成分的方法。文章重点概述了茶枯中茶籽多糖,茶皂素和蛋白质三种成分的提取方法,以期为进一步优化茶枯中有效成分的提取方法奠定基础。
Sasangua cake is China's common agricultural wastes, which has many effective components that can be used, simple waste landfill and incineration and cheap exports will result in resource rich tea. There are many methods in the extraction of effective ingredients of tea. This paper summarized the tea and tea seed polysaccharide, extraction method of tea saponin and three kinds of protein components, the extraction method of phase for further optimization of effective components in tea and lay the foundation.
