新形势下农机培训工作创新探析

农机培训是农业机械化的基础,直接关系农民的驾驶技能和操作能力,可以有效促进农村劳动力转移,增加农民收入,为推动新农村建设和城镇化建设具有积极意义。文章结合笔者多年从事农机培训工作的体会,提出新形势下探索农机培训工作的创新之路。
