On Network Security of Network Hub City Construction of Guangzhou

本文阐述了网络安全对广州建设枢纽型网络城市的重要性,分析了广州建设枢纽型网络城市在网络安全方面面临的问题,并提出了加强网络安全的措施。

In recent years, the Internet space, as the fifth dimension which distinguished from land, sea, air and time, caused wide attention throughout the world. It also becomes the new focus of the world5 s major countries and regions. Network security has been included in the major countries’ national security strategy. The theory that “without the network security, there is no national security” is becoming a reality. Based on such background, the ninth plenary session of 10th Guangzhou Municipal Committee puts forward the strategic decisions： implementation of big data strategy, advance of wisdom city development, construction of network hub city. If we really want to implement these strategies, especially the construction of network hub city, we must focus on the construction of network security.
