社区教育：来穗人员融入社区的途径--越秀区在来穗人员中开展社区教育的实践与研究

Community Education: An Effective Approach to Community Integration of New Citizens of Guangzhou

外来人员的融入问题,不仅关系到广州经济与社会的和谐与发展,而且应当成为建设"幸福广州"的一个不可缺失的内容。通过对越秀区"来穗人员"的调研和案例分析,说明开展形式多样的社区教育,是"来穗人员"融入社区的有效途径。

The integration of new comers of Guangzhou is not only related to the harmony and development of the city’s economy and society,but also should be viewed as an indispensable content of the construction of “Happy Guangzhou”. Through the investigation and case analysis of new- comers to Yuexiu district＇s of Guangzhou, this paper finds that it is an effective way to integrate the new comers of Guangzhou into the community by carrying out various forms of community education.
