CT及磁共振诊断中枢神经系统感染的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨CT及磁共振诊断中枢神经系统感染的临床价值。方法方便选取2014年9月—2015年9月来该院治疗中枢神经系统感染的患者172例,按照随机平均的原则,将其分为实验组与对照组,对照组、实验组患者各86例。对照组患者行磁共振扫描,实验组患者行CT扫描,对两组患者的检查结果进行比较分析。结果 CT诊断与磁共振诊断中枢神经系统感染情况与早期病变情况。对照组检测正常率为4.65%,异常率为95.35%,实验组检测正常率为11.63%,异常率为88.37%。对照组早期病变例数比例稍高于实验组。经过比较发现,对照组检测正常率低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且对照组患者检验异常率高于实验组患者检验异常率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。磁共振的诊断价值稍高于CT,检出率更高。结论在对中枢神经系统感染疾病进行诊断时,CT诊断与磁共振诊断均具有较高的诊断价值。在实际诊断中,需结合患者结合以及医院结合进行合理选择,必要的情况下,可对患者采用CT诊断与磁共振诊断联合的方式,提高诊断的准确率。 Objective To study the clinical value of CT and magnetic resonance in diagnosis of central nervous system infection.Methods Convenient selection 172 cases of patients with central nervous system infection treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 86 cases in each,the control group adopted the magnetic resonance scanning,while the experimental group adopted the CT scanning,and the examination results were compared between the two groups.Results The test normal rate and abnormal rate in the control group and in the experimental group were respectively 4.65%,95.35% and 11.63%,88.37%,and the early disease case number in the control group was more than that in the experimental group,and the comparison showed that the test normal rate in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),and the test abnormal rate in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group,and the difference was obvious with statistical significance(P〈0.05),and the diagnosis value of magnetic resonance was slightly higher than that of CT,and the test rate was higher.Conclusion The value of CT and magnetic resonance in diagnosis of central nervous system infection is high,and in the practical diagnosis,we should rationally select the method combined with the patients and the hospital,if necessary,we should adopt the combined method of the two to improve the diagnosis accuracy rate.
