经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折效果评价

Evaluation of Effect of Percutaneous Balloon Kyphoplasty in Treatment of Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Fractures

目的研究骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折病症治疗中,行经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗的效果,评定其临床价值。方法方便选取该院于2012年1月—2016年1月期间所收治的骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者50例,采用VAS评分,对患者治疗前后的评分变化指标、椎体的高度以及局部Cobb角的改善情况进行研究和记录。结果该研究的50例患者经过治疗后,其术后疼痛感显著下降,且经过VAS评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中手术前评分为(8.2±0.8)分,术后为(2.7±1.3)分;其椎体前缘高度有所提升,术前为(16.8±3.3)mm,术后为(21.6±3.6)mm,Cobb角也有所改善。结论将经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术应用于骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折病症中,其效果显著,能够有效对术后疼痛感进行缓解,并将后凸畸形情况进行良好的修复,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective To research the effect of percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty in treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures and evaluate its clinical value.Methods 50 cases of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were conveniently selected and adopted the VAS score,and the score changes indexes,centrum height and improvement of local Cobb angle of patients before and after treatment were researched and recorded.Results After treatment,the postoperative pains obviously decreased,and the difference in the VAS score between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the score before and after operation was respectively（8.2±0.8） points and（2.7±1.3） points,and the anterior vertebral height increased from（16.8±3.3） mm before operation to（21.6±3.6）mm after operation,and the Cobb angle was also improved.Conclusion The effect of percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty in treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures is obvious,which can effectively relieve the postoperative pains and conduct the good repair of kyphosis,which is of important significance in the clinical research.
