人文护理和体位改变联合对疤痕子宫阴道分娩的影响

Effect of Humanistic Nursing and Body Changes on the Scar Uterine Vaginal Delivery

目的探究人文护理和体位改变联合对疤痕子宫阴道分娩的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的102例疤痕子宫孕妇出现胎位异常后成功阴道试产的临床资料进行分析,将其随机分为分成对照组(51例)与研究组(51例),其中对照组行体位改变护理,研究组于对照组基础上结合人文护理,比较两组心理状态、分娩情况与护理满意度。结果研究组精神病性(15.39±3.28)分、抑郁(26.41±5.22)分、偏执(14.26±2.09)分、焦虑(20.18±3.21)分,均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组新生儿Apgar评分(9.41±0.59)分、产程出血量(120.03±29.97)mL及产程时间(8.44±2.76)h均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分(91.55±2.37)分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疤痕子宫阴道分娩采取人文护理与体位改变干预,有助于产妇心理状态改善,分娩结局优化,具推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing and body changes on the scar uterine vaginal delivery.Methods 102 cases of scar uterine delivery women with successful trial of labor after the abnormal fetal position admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each,the control group adopted the position change nursing,while the research group adopted the humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group,and the mental state,delivery situation and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The mental disease,depression,stubborn and anxiety scores in the research group were respectively（15.39±3.28）points,（26.41±5.22）points,（14.26±2.09）points and（20.18±3.21）points,which were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the Apgar score in newborns,bleeding amount of labor course and labor course time in the research group were respectively（9.41±0.59）points,（120.03±29.97）mL and（8.44±2.76）h,which were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was（91.55 ±2.37）points,which was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The humanistic nursing and position change intervention for scar uterine vaginal delivery contributes to the improvement of mental state of delivery women and optimize the delivery outcome,which is of promotion value.
