综合性护理方法在后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Method in the Excision of Adrenal Gland Tumor by Retroperitoneal Laparoscope

目的评价综合性护理方法在后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法整群选取2015年5月—2016年11月该院收治的后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者64例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和干预组,各32例,分别行常规护理和综合性护理,对两组心理状态和并发症情况进行观察比较。结果干预组护理后的SAS、SDS评分(48.22±7.82)分、(49.53±5.10)分与常规组(54.61±6.94)分、(56.31±4.66)分比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症发生率比较上,干预组12.5%明显低于常规组37.5%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术中应用综合性护理方法有利于改善患者心理状态,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床采纳和积极推广。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of comprehensive nursing method in the excision of adrenal gland tumor by retroperitoneal laparoscope.Methods Group selection 64 cases of patients with excision of adrenal gland tumor by retroperitoneal laparoscope admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each,the routine group and the intervention group respectively adopted the routine nursing and comprehensive nursing,and the mental state and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After nursing,the differences in the SAS and SDS scores between the intervention group and the routine group were obvious with statistical significance [（48.22 ±7.82）points,（49.53 ±5.10）points vs（54.61 ±6.94）points,（56.31 ±4.66）points]（P〈0.05）,and the incidence rate of complications in the intervention group was obviously lower than that in the routine group（12.5% vs 37.5%）,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing method in the excision of adrenal gland tumor by retroperitoneal laparoscope is conducive to improving the mental state and reducing the incidence rate of postoperative complications,which is worth clinical recommendation and positive promotion.
