手术显微镜血肿清除术与传统手术清除的效果对比

Comparison of Eradication Effect of Operation Microscopic Hematoma Aspiration and Traditional Surgery

目的探析对脑血肿患者采取显微镜血肿清除术与传统手术血肿清除的效果。方法方便选取该院2014年8月—2016年12月期间收治的60例脑血肿患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例,对照组采取常规开颅术,研究组在对照组的基础上术中采取显微镜血肿清除术,比较两组治疗效果、手术时间、出血量、住院时间及NIHSS评分结果。结果研究组优良率70.00%,对照组优良率为36.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间(120.5±20.5)min、术中出血量(200.4±45.3)mL、住院时间(18.0±4.5)d,对照组手术时间(180.4±30.4)min、术中出血量(380.3±50.1)mL、住院时间(46.3±5.7)d,观察组各指标显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组NIHSS评分(8.5±2.6)分显著低于对照组(15.9±3.2)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑血肿患者采取显微镜血肿清除术损伤小,止血效果好,预后好,显著优于传统手术血肿清除的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the eradication effect of operation microscopic hematoma aspiration and traditional surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients with cephalophyma admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine craniotomy, while the research group adopted the microscopic hematoma aspiration on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect, operation time, bleeding amount, length of stay and NIHSS score were compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the excellent and good rate between the research group and the control group was statistically significant（70.00% vs 36.67%）（P〈0.05）, and the operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount, length of stay in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, [（120.5±20.5）min,（200.4±45.3）m L,（18.0±4.5）d vs（180.4±30.4）min,（380.3±50.1）m L,（46.3±5.7）d]（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the NIHSS score in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group[（8.5±2.6）points vs（15.9±3.2）points], and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The injury of operation microscopic hematoma aspiration for patients with cephalophyma is small with good hemostasis effect and prognosis, and the effect is obviously better than that of the traditional surgery, which is worth clinical promotion.
