综合康复训练对于慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的改善情况

Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on the Improvement of Cognitive Function of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的探讨综合康复训练对于慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能改善的效果。方法随机选择在该院接收治疗的慢性精神分裂症患者80例作为研究资料,80例均为2015年8月—2016年5月期间收治,通过数字编号和随机分组的方式将其分为两组,每组40例,对照组单纯进行药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗的基础上实施综合康复训练,对两组患者治疗和训练后认知功能改善情况进行比较分析。结果治疗后12周和24周后,对照组与观察组阴性症状量表、WMS、WCST均明显改善,分析其中数据发现,观察组治疗12周后WMS(112.3±10.7),治疗24周后为WMS(116.5±8.33),而对照组分别为WMS(106.4±10.5)、(110.9±10.2),数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者在进行药物治疗的同时实施综合康复训练具有明显的认知功能改善作用,利于提高患者的社会功能,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the improvement of cognitive function of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic schizophrenia treated in our hospital were randomly selected from August, 2015 to May, 2016, and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the simple drug treatment, while the observation group adopted the comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group, and the improvement situation of cognitive function after treatment and training was compared between the two groups. Results After 12-week and 24-week treatment, the negative symptoms scale, WMS and WCST were obviously improved, and the data showed that the differences in the WMS and WCST after 12-week and24-week treatment between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant[（112.3±10.7）,（116.5±8.33） vs（106.4±10.5）,（110.9±10.2）],（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation training and drug treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia have an obvious improvement effect on the cognitive function, which is conducive to improving the social function of patients with higher clinical application value.
