摘要
由于传统现浇施工方式存在诸多弊端,基于预制施工工艺的优点和技术发展成熟度,在调研国内外预制盖梁发展现状的基础上,对标准25 m宽城市高架桥梁倒T盖梁,分别按横向分块和竖向分层2种预制方案进行设计关键技术研究。通过有限元软件对2种预制盖梁分别进行线弹性分析和非线性分析,全面了解2种预制盖梁的受力性能,验证2种预制方案的可行性,为城市桥梁盖梁预制装配化设计积累经验。
Traditional cast-in-place construction method has many disadvantages, while the precast construction technology can improve these drawbacks and has been well developed. Based on the development status of domestic and foreign research on the precast pier cap, research on key technologies of prefabricated design about inverted T pier cap with standard 25 m wide in urban viaduct are respectively carried on two kinds of prefabricated schemes, which are horizontal and vertical. In order to know the mechanical properties and verify the feasibility of the two schemes, elastic and nonlinear analysis about two kinds of prefabricated scheme are analyzed, and experiences on the prefabricated design of urban viaduct are accumulated.
