摘要 张家浜雨水泵站新建工程位于上海浦东新区陆家嘴金融片区南部区域,规划用地面积紧张,传统的雨水泵站设计方法难以确保泵站布置科学合理。因此,针对性地提出紧凑化设计方案;通过CFD和BIM技术协同设计,对泵站进行计算机流体力学模型及BIM建模,进一步验证和优化,以确保泵站运行稳定、可实施性强。泵站设计中的几处合建方案可推广至其他类似工程,解决用地少、空间小的难题。CFD模型及BIM技术的验证和优化方法能有效提高设计效率与质量,为上海和其他地区泵站项目起示范性作用。 The new construction project of Zhangjiabang rainwater pumping station is located in the southern area of Lujiazui Financial District of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The planning land area is tense and the traditional rainwater pumping station design method is difficult to ensure the scientific rationality of the pumping station layout. Therefore, the scheme of compact design is put forward purposefully. The CFD and BIM technology are used to co-design the computer fluid mechanics model and BIM model to further verify and optimize the pumping station, and to ensure the stable operation & strong implementation of the pumping station. Several joint construction schemes of the pumping station design can be extended to other similar projects to solve the problems of small land & small space. CFD model and BIM technology validation & optimization methods can effectively improve the design efficiency and quality, which can play an exemplary role in Shanghai and other regional pumping station projects.
