有轨电车工程费用组成分析

有轨电车作为中运量公共交通制式之一,近几年在上海、苏州、广州、珠海、沈阳、淮安、武汉、成都等地已规划、建成运营多条线路,但缺乏造价编制办法(统一规定)。根据《城市轨道交通工程设计概预算编制办法》、《市政工程设计概算编制办法》及相关设计规范,结合有轨电车特点,将其工程费用组成分为车站、区间、轨道、机电设备系统、运营调度中心、车辆基地及相关市政公用工程等,供编制投资估算、概算等造价文件时参考。

As one of the mid-capacity public traffic systems, trams have been planned and completed a lot of operating lines in Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Shenyang, Huai'an, Wuhan, Chengdu and other places in recent years, but it lacks the relevant cost preparation methods(unified regulations). According to the Urban Rail Transit Engineering Design Budget Preparation Method, Municipal Engineering Design Budget Preparation Method and the relevant design specifications, combined with the characteristics of trams, the project cost components are divided into several parts such as the station, interval, track, mechanical & electrical equipment system, dispatch center, vehicle base and related municipal public works, etc., which may provide reference for the preparation of investment estimates, budget estimates and other cost documents.
