摘要
在我国大力推动"双创"背景下,智能快递柜是快递业中创业创新的典型代表。文中通过问卷调查方式,对福州市快递智能柜的应用情况进行深入分析,从顾客和企业角度挖掘智能柜市场应用所存在的问题,提出快递智能柜的应用对策,保证快递最后一公里的有效实现。
In our country to vigorously promote the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, smart courier is the express business innovation in the typical representative. Through the questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the application of express mail in Fuzhou,from the perspective of customers and enterprises to tap the existing problems in the application of smart cabinet market, put forward the application of express smart cabinet countermeasures to ensure the effective implementation of the last mile of the express.
