摘要
随着电子商务和大数据产业的快速发展,我国物流和快递行业得到了一定的发展,同城快递也逐渐进入了高速竞争阶段。邮政EMS同城配送业务作为中国邮政速递主要业务的核心内容之一,是邮政快递产业收益较为可观的信息流和物流流通方式。文中旨在通过对邮政EMS同城配送市场现状的分析,对现有的同城配送系统进行优化再设计,并提出邮政EMS发展同城快递的策略和建议,从而进行快递行业同城配送系统的构建,以积极应对快递业开放的挑战。
With the rapid development of e - commerce and big data industry, China’s logistics and express delivery industry has been a certain development, and city courier has gradually entered a high - speed competition stage. Postal EMS city distribution business as one of the core business in China Post Express, is the postal express industry income and relatively considerable information flow and logistics flow. This paper aims to optimize the redistribution of the existing city distribution system through the analysis of postal EMS city distribution market, and put forward the strategy and suggestion of postal EMS to develop city express delivery, so as to carry out the construction of express delivery industry, responding to the challenges of opening the express industry.
