摘要
交通运输行业作为第二大碳排放行业,碳排放量居高不下,城市低碳交通的发展势在必行。文中定义了异质出行者的概念,针对已有的研究基础,结合重庆市的居民出行现状,提出影响出行者出行的外部因素。通过问卷设计、调查、分析和直观的数据统计图表,研究分析问卷中提出的外部因素。最后,围绕提高公共交通吸引力和限制小汽车出行,从时间、服务质量、信息、费用四个方面,提出低碳交通治理方法。
Transportation industry as the second largest carbon emissions industry, carbon emissions at a high level’urban low - carbon transport development is imperative. Firstly we defined the concept of heterogeneous travelers, and put forward the external factors influencing travelers5 travels according to the existing research foundation and the status quo of residents traveling in Chongqing. And then according to the questionnaire design, investigation, analysis, through the intuitive statistical data cheirts, researched and analyzed the external factors proposed in the questionnaire. Finally,we focused on improving the attractiveness of public transport and restricting the car travel, from time, service quality, information, cost, put forward low - carbon traffic management methods.
