摘要 乘用车市场需求的多样化,订单需求的紧急性要求乘用车汽车生产企业快速响应,以最短的时间交付用户定制化产品。目前JIT生产方式已成为我国大多数汽车生产企业的主要生产方式。JIT的应用及汽车装配的工艺流决定了同一价值流下各车间计划的连贯性,总装装配线的计划变动必然引起上游车间,甚至是工厂间的计划联动。文中从JIT角度出发,探讨多车间、多工厂的同一价值流下生产计划调度问题。 Diversified demand of passenger - car market and urgent demand of special order request passenger - car automobile manufacturing enterprise respond promptly. Nowadays JIT production mode has been implemented by most of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China. JIT and vehicle production processes determine a consistent planning across production shops . The change on GA assembly line plan is bound to cause corresponding plan changes of upstream shops,or even impact across production plants. This paper is trying to discuss the plan rescheduling across workshops and plants from JIT perspective.
