摘要
沥青混凝土空隙率是土木工程最为关键控制技术标准,针对密级配沥青混凝土空隙率的重大影响因素开展了单因素和多因素作用下的试验研究和长期工程验证,结果表明不同类型沥青混凝土对可压实性影响最为显著;压实功和成型温度对沥青混凝土空隙率影响较大;优化沥青混凝土材料组成设计可显著降低室内空隙率,各影响因素对其空隙率产生显著影响的同时也对其空隙率变异性产生了显著影响;在同等压实功作用下不同级配类型具有不同的适宜压实厚度,与实体工程验证结果具有一致性。据此提出了降低沥青混凝土空隙率的相关技术措施。
The asphalt concrete air void is the key technical standard in the civil engineering,and the major influencing factors of dense gradation asphalt concrete air void were carried out by experimental research under the action of single factor and multiple factors and engineering validation for a long time. Results showed the asphalt concrete of different gradation types significantly influenced compaction; asphalt concrete air void was obviously influenced by compaction and molding temperature;the optimization design of asphalt concrete material composition may obviously reduce to the room air void,and various factors not only had a significant impact on air void, but also had a significant impact on the air void variability; Under the same equi-pressure work of resistance function,different gradation types had different suitable finished thickness, and had the uniformity with the entity project confirmation. Related technical measure of reducing asphalt concrete voids was proposed .
