启蒙训练中用横拍训练法来替代直拍的训练——少儿直拍快攻打法训练的新尝试

乒乓球直拍快攻型打法,是我国领先且独特的传统打法。然而目前在全国许多地方,少儿直拍选手的培养相比横拍打法仍是寥寥无几。基于当前现状,该文主要探究乒乓球直拍快攻打法为何会出现断档局面,少儿直拍启蒙训练的难点,并提出启蒙训练中用横拍训练法来替代直拍的学习训练等相关建议,以此弥补直拍启蒙训练中少儿的一些客观难点,同时为日后直拍横打等技术奠定基础,确立意识。根据所提建议,结合研究所学,简析从横拍转为直拍的训练要点及注意问题。该文通过笔者对少儿直拍快攻打法训练的观点与想法,希望为少儿乒乓球启蒙训练提供一些新的思路。
