摘要
首先选取6项建筑生产效率指标,利用计量经济学知识建立随机前沿SFA模型以及Malmquist全要素生产模型分别对我国区域建筑市场的技术生产效率及影响因素进行研究;再对2010–2015年我国31个地区的建筑产业数据进行实证研究及全要素生产效率指数模型的动态分析。结果显示:我国建筑产业整体技术效率水平与经济发展水平呈正相关关系,具体表现为沿海各省市技术水平最高、中部省份次之、边缘省份最低;区域建筑产业生产效率的正面主要影响因素为技术进步指数,负面影响因素为规模效率变化指数。
By using econometrics knowledge establish stochastic frontier model and SFA Malmquist model respectively, 6 construction production efficiency index is selected to study the elements of the production technology and production efficiency influence on regional construction market of our country factors; followed by dynamic analysis of construction industry data of 31 regions in China by empirical research and the index of total factor productivity the model of 2010~2015. The results show that it is positive relationship between development level of China's construction industry overall level of technical efficiency and economic, the specific performances from high to low are listed as follow, coastal provinces and cities, the central provinces, the provinces of the edge; main positive factor is the production efficiency in the regional construction industry as the index of technological progress TC, negative impact factor is scale efficiency change index SC.
