钼酸铅矿碱法堆浸和离子交换回收钼的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了优化钼酸铅矿中钼的浸出条件,研究了三种不同碱与不同矿石粒度对钼酸铅矿浸出的影响.结果表明,采用硫化钠为浸出剂,矿石粒度为-3 mm时,36天柱浸试验后,钼渣计浸出率为72.50%.钼的离子交换回收试验结果表明,浸出液经强碱性阴离子树脂201×7吸附,钼的吸附率达98.60%;采用4 mol/L NH_4Cl+2 mol/L NH_3·H_2O解吸,富液平均浓度达5.42 g/L.用氨水调至游离氨浓度为4~6 g/L,在345~355 K下结晶蒸发,得到七钼酸铵产品,达到了GB/T3460—2007MSA-2制造钼材料标准. In order to optimize the leaching conditions,the effect of three different kinds of alkali and different ore particle sizes on wulfenite leaching were investigated.The results showed that,the leaching rate of molybdenum reached 72.5% at the ore particle size of -3 mm by using sodium sulfide as leaching agent in the process of 36 days column leaching.The experiments for ion exchange recovery of molybdenum were conducted.The results showed that,the adsorption rate of molybdenum reached 98.6% by using 201×7 anion exchange resin.The molybdenum concentration of enriched solution reached 5.42 g/L with desorption of 4 mol/L NH4Cl+2 mol/L NH3H2O.Finally,the seven ammonium molybdate products was gained by the crystallization and evaporation at 345~355K and at the free ammonia concentration of 4~6 g/L.The products have reached GB/T3460—2007MSA-2 standard of manufacturing molybdenum materials.
