外泌体介导心室重构的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 外泌体是由多种细胞通过胞吐作用分泌的纳米级膜性囊泡小体,其携带的蛋白质、RNA等生物活性物质可以通过多种途径在细胞间进行输送,从而实现细胞间信息交流与传递。该文介绍外泌体介导的蛋白质、炎性因子和微小RNA(miRNA)等对不同病理状态下心室重构作用的研究进展。
