Observation on Traditional Village Mechanism from the Novel

《白鹿原》被公认为一部具有史诗性质的小说,有着宏大而完整的叙事结构,自该作品问世以 来,一直是众多学者研究的热点.小说中的白鹿村是典型传统宗法制下的村落,村里形成了一套自己 的管理机制,本文以白鹿村为背景,试图从乡村自制这一角度来分析传统乡村制度的得与失,并找寻 其对现代乡村制度的借鉴意义及影响.

＂ Bai Lu Yiian which is recognized as an epic, has a large and complete narrative structure. Since the advent of the work, it has been a hot topic for many scholars. Bai Lu Village in the novel is a typical village under the traditional patriarchal clan system, the village has formed its own management mechanism. This article tries to analyze the gains and losses of the traditional rural system from the perspectives of the village self-control and find out its reference significance and influence to the modem rural system.
