高校“三自”教育背景下“以勤代助”资助模式的实践与探索

摘要 目前高校无偿“输血式”的资助模式存在一定局限,资源利用率低,教育内涵、能力培养等方面 缺乏,容易被当成“免费午餐”,“造血”功能基本丧失.通过参于到“三自”教育背景下“以勤代助”资助 模式的实践、探索、管理过程中,笔者对新的资助模式有更深入的认知和思考.高校在新资助模式实践 与探索中存在的问题需要思考与优化,需积极调研论证,加大宣传力度,做到具体问题具体分析,合理 规划与管理,通过不断的实践与探索,为我国高校贫困资助开辟一条更全面、更具发展性的资助道路, 实现“助学.筑梦.铸人”的愿景. At present, there are some limitations on the subsidized mode of free blood transfusion in colleges and universities. The utilization of resources is low, the content of education is not enough and it is easy to be regarded as Mfree lunchM. Through participating in the practice, exploration and management of the "three-self ’ education background,the author has a new understanding of the new fimding model and thinking. It is necessary to consider and explore the problems in the practice and exploration of the new fimding model in colleges and universities. It is necessary to actively investigate and verify the case, intensify propaganda, analyze and deal with specific problems, and make reasonable planning and management. Through constant practice and exploration, Funding to open up a more comprehensive, more development of the funding path, to achieve "student learning. Dreaming. Casting" vision.
