高校“三自”教育背景下“以勤代助”资助模式的实践与探索

目前高校无偿“输血式”的资助模式存在一定局限,资源利用率低,教育内涵、能力培养等方面 缺乏,容易被当成“免费午餐”,“造血”功能基本丧失.通过参于到“三自”教育背景下“以勤代助”资助 模式的实践、探索、管理过程中,笔者对新的资助模式有更深入的认知和思考.高校在新资助模式实践 与探索中存在的问题需要思考与优化,需积极调研论证,加大宣传力度,做到具体问题具体分析,合理 规划与管理,通过不断的实践与探索,为我国高校贫困资助开辟一条更全面、更具发展性的资助道路, 实现“助学.筑梦.铸人”的愿景.
