摘要
论文选取资源消耗量和环境投入量作为投入变量,生产总值作为产出量,运用数据包络分析对河北省2001年—2014年基于生态安全的产业结构效率进行评价。结果显示2001年—2014年有13个决策单元的产业结构技术效率非有效,并且部分决策单元存在投入冗余和产出不足。对于非DEA有效的年份,采用投入导向的BCC模型进行生产前沿面投影分析,计算得到无效决策单元的改进目标值,并分析了决策单元无效的影响因素。
In this paper, resource consumption and environmental input are selected as input variables and GDP is used as output. The efficiency of industrial structure based on ecological security in Hebei province from 2001 to 2014 is evaluated by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) .The results show that the industry structure technical efficiency of 13 decision making units of are inefficient, parts of units has redundant input and insufficient output. For the DEA ineffective years, the input oriented BCC model is applied to the projection analysis of the production frontier, and the objective value of the invalid decision unit is calculated. Finally the influencing factors of invalid decision unit are analyzed.
