基于天使投资视角的安徽省初创期科技型小微企业融资问题与对策

Financing Problems and Countermeasures of Technology-based Small and Micro Enterprise of Anhui Province in Startup Period Based on the Perspective of Angel Investment

在国内"大众创业、万众创新"的浪潮中,安徽省内科技型小微企业的数量与日俱增。然而因为融资难题,它们的继续发展进入了十字路口。论文试图通过引入天使投资视角,根据省内初创期科技型小微企业所处的环境及企业特点来分析其融资难的现状与原因,分别从投资者、市场和政府的角度,探讨为其解决融资困境,实现长远发展的对策建议。

In the wave of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”of China , the number of technology-based small and micro enterprises in Anhui Province is growing. Because of the financing problems, however, these enterprises meet the challenge of sustainable development. According to the provincial environment and feature of the technology-based small and micro enterprises of start-up stage, this paper attempts to explore the introduction of angel investment perspective, and analyze the present situation and the reasons of financing difficulties. Respectively from the angle of investors, market and government, countermeasures and suggestions of the financing difficulties to achieve the enterprises’ long-term development are put forward.
