摘要
教学改革一直是中国大学教育的一个重点关注问题,但当前改革效果并不理想,学生学习积极性不高的情况普遍存在,而这其中最为重要的问题就在于大学生自我管理能力不足。基于此,论文以提高教学改革中的大学生自我管理能力为主要目的,通过对教学改革现状及问题的全面分析,阐述了教学改革和大学生自我管理能力的内在逻辑关系,并从科研驱动教学模式和互动式教学模式以及加强对大学生基础理论的培养三方面提出教学改革中的大学生自我管理能力提升策略。
Education reform has been ongoing in Chinese university education, but the education reform's effect is still weak, and undergraduates' learning enthusiasm is poor, which is the result of undergraduates' poor self-management ability. Based on the background, the thesis focused on improving undergraduates' self-management ability, address the link between education reform and undergraduates' self-management by analyzing education reform’s current situation and existing problems. Suggesting improving undergraduates’ self-management ability through three aspects: implementing scientific-driven teaching、interactive teaching, and attaching more importance on fostering basic theories of undergraduates.
