京津冀协同发展下河北省高等教育结构与产业结构关联度研究

Research on Relevancy between the Higher Education and Industrial Structure in Hebei Province under the Background of Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

2015年教育部将"研究制订推动京津冀教育协同发展的实施意见"列为工作重点之一,论文从河北省高等教育层次结构和产业结构现状入手,运用主成因分析法,得到河北省高等教育层次结构与产业结构综合得分表,再运用灰色关联度分析高等教育层次结构和产业结构相互之间的关联度,通过两者相互灰色关联度测算,可以发现产业结构与层次结构的关联度要好于层次结构与产业结构的关联度,表明现阶段产业结构的调整对于高等教育层次结构变化的影响较大,但高等教育对产业结构调整的反映具有滞后性,高等教育层次结构变迁对于河北省产业结构调整的影响相对较小。

In 2015, the Ministry of Education of China made the “study and formulate the implementation suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei” as one of the priorities. This paper uses main genetic analysis from the recently situation of high education and industrial structure in Hebei, to get comprehensive score table of high education level structure and the industrial structure. By using gray correlation analysis to calculate the relevancy between the level structure of high education and the industrial structure, it can deduce the relevancy of industrial structure and level structure of high education is better than the level structure of high education and industrial structure. It indicates that the adjustment of industrial structure at this stage has greater impact than the level structure change of high education while the reflection of higher education on the adjustment of industrial structure has lagged behind, which means the change of level structure of higher education has less influence on the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei province.
