能本管理视域下大学生思想政治教育研究

A Study on the Ideological and Political Education of College Students from the Perspective of Capacity Core Management

高校作为我国思想政治教育的阵地,如何更好的发挥其在思想政治教育方面的作用,提升大学生思想政治能力,成为思考的重点。对此,为进一步提升高校大学生思想政治教育,论文主要从三个方面对大学生思想政治教育进行研究。论文首先对能本管理的意蕴进行全面阐述,并将能本管理与人本管理进行对比,从而得到能本管理的优势、在能本管理下大学生思想政治教育的意义及路径;并结合国内外对能本管理视域下大学生思想政治教育研究启示,提出通过能本教育为大学生打开视野,从而推动大学生思想政治教育。

As the position of ideological and political education, how to better play the role of colleges and universities in ideological and political education, and enhance the ideological and political ability of college students has become a focus. Therefore, in order to further promote the ideological and political education of college students, this paper mainly studies the ideological and political education of students from three aspects. Firstly, the implication of capacity core management is comprehensively discussed, and the capacity core management and humanistic management are compared, so as to get to the advantage of capacity core management, the significance and path of ideological and political education of college students under the capacity core management. Then, combined with domestic and foreign research on the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of the capacity core management, it is proposed to open up horizons for college students through the education of the capacity core management, so as to promote the ideological and political education of college students.
