摘要
为研究超重货物作用下轨道路基动态响应机理,基于有限元软件ANSYS建立轨道-路基三维有限元模型,分析轨道路基在超重货物作用下的应力分布和位移变形规律,并与现有设计规范进行比较。研究结果表明:超重货物作用下,钢轨和轨枕均满足运输要求,道床应力达637.72 k Pa,超出碎石道床容许值,路基基床局部受力达202.33 k Pa。超重货物运输过后,会对既有轨道结构造成一定的损伤,因此要进行必要的养护维修以满足其他车辆的安全运营。研究结果可为以后超重货物的安全运营和重载铁路的养护维修提供一定的参考。
In order to study the response mechanism of railway track subgrade under the effect of overweight goods,a track-subgrade dimensional constitutive model is established based on finite element software ANSYS to analyze the stress distribution and displacement deformation of the track subgrade under the effect of overweight goods,and the results are compared with current design specifications. The results show that the stresses of the rail and sleeper do not exceed the allowable stress values,while the ballast stress is 637. 72 k Pa,which is more than the limit,and the local stress of the subgrade bed reaches up to 202. 33 k Pa. Overweight goods may damage the existing track structure,so necessary maintenance measures should be taken. The research results can provide some reference forfuture safe operations with overweight goods and for the maintenance of the track subgrade of heavy haul railway.
