右心室功能评估的影像学方法及其价值 被引量:2

摘要 由于右心室位于胸骨后、形态不规则等特点,传统影像学检查方法对于右心室功能评价的准确性受到限制,超声心动图、三维超声在量化右心室容积和射血分数上有独特优势,MRI和多层CT扫描测量右心功能是不错的选择,使得影像学在评价右心室功能方面不断创新,测得结果也更加客观和精确,为临床研究提供重要理论依据。 Because of the characteristics of the right ventricle,such as the location of the sternum,irregular shape and so on,traditional imaging methods accuracy for evaluation of right ventricular function are limited.Echocardiography and three-dimensional ultrasound have unique advantages in quantifying right ventricular volume and ejection fraction.MRI and multi slice CT scan are good choices in measuring right ventricular function,which make the imaging innovation in the evaluation of right ventricular function.The results are more objective and accurate,which provide an important theoretical basis for clinical research.
