妇产科阴道分娩产后出血的临床治疗效果研究

Clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery in obstetrics and gynecology department

目的:探讨妇产科阴道分娩产后出血的临床治疗效果。方法:收治经阴道分娩产后出血者104例,随机分为常规组和试验组,常规组采用宫腔纱布填塞术治疗,试验组采用宫腔水囊填塞术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、24 h出血量和止血所需时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔水囊填塞术治疗阴道分娩产后出血的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods:104 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventional group.The conventional group was treated with intrauterine gauze packing.The experimental group was treated with intrauterine water bag packing.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation time,bleeding volume of 24 hours and hemostatic time were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of intrauterine water bag packing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery was significant.
