利多卡因局部麻醉联合小剂量咪达唑仑及枸橼酸舒芬太尼静脉基础麻醉在电子支气管镜中的疗效观察

Effect of lidocaine local anesthesia combined with low dose midazolam and sufentanil citrate intravenous anesthesia in electronic bronchoscopy

目的:探讨利多卡因局部麻醉联合小剂量咪达唑仑及枸橼酸舒芬太尼静脉基础麻醉在电子支气管镜中的应用效果。方法:收治行电子支气管镜检查患者100例,分为对照组和干预组,分别给予利多卡因局部麻醉及利多卡因局部麻醉联合小剂量咪达唑仑及枸橼酸舒芬太尼静脉基础麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:干预组患者的血氧饱和度、呼吸频率、舒张压、收缩压、心率各项指标趋于正常,体动、憋气、呛咳、中断检查次数明显少于对照组,术后遗忘程度高于对照组,愿意接受第2次检查的患者例数明显高于对照组,干预组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受电子支气管镜检查的患者采用利多卡因联合小剂量咪达唑仑及枸橼酸舒芬太尼进行静脉基础麻醉,镇静镇痛作用突出,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effect of lidocaine local anesthesia combined with low dose midazolam and sufentanil citrate intravenous anesthesia in electronic bronchoscopy.Methods:100 patients with electronic bronchoscopy were selected.They were divided into the control group and the intervention group.They were given lidocaine local anesthesia and lidocaine local anesthesia combined with low dose midazolam and sufentanil citrate intravenous anesthesia.We compared the anesthetic effects of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the indexes of blood oxygen saturation,respiratory rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were normal,body movement,short of breath,choking cough,interruption check number were significantly less than the control group;the degree of postoperative amnesia was higher than the control group;the number of patients who were willing to accept the second examination was significantly higher than the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sedative and analgesic effect of lidocaine local anesthesia combined with low dose midazolam and sufentanil citrate intravenous anesthesia in electronic bronchoscopy was significant,and the security was high.
