复方脑肽节苷脂治疗新生儿高胆红素血症所致听力损伤的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside in the treatment of hearing loss caused by neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

目的:探讨复方脑肽节苷脂治疗新生儿高胆红素血症与听力损伤的临床疗效。方法:收治高胆红素血症并听力损伤新生儿94例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方脑肽节苷脂,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组血清总胆红素水平和听力异常率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方脑肽节苷脂治疗新生儿高胆红素血症与听力损伤的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside in the treatment of hearing loss and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:94 neonates with hearing loss caused by neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The observation group added compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,serum total bilirubin level and hearing loss rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside in the treatment of hearing loss and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was significant.
