雷火灸配合针刺治疗中风后肩痛60例临床观察

Clinical observation of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of 60 patients with shoulder pain after stroke

目的:探讨雷火灸配合针刺治疗中风后肩痛临床效果。方法:收治中风后肩痛患者60例,随机均分两组。对照组给予雷火灸治疗,研究组给予雷火灸配合针刺治疗。收集所有数据结果并做相关的比较分析。结果:经过治疗后,研究组治疗有效率96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸配合针刺治疗中风后肩痛的效果显著。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of 60 patients with shoulder pain after stroke.Methods:60 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion,while the study group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture.All data were collected and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group of 76.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture on shoulder pain after stroke is significant.
