天舒片合用卡马西平治疗偏头痛的疗效分析

Effect of Tian Shu tablets combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of migraine

目的:探讨天舒片合用卡马西平治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:收治偏头痛患者68例,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用天舒片治疗,观察组采用天舒片联合卡马西平治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组情绪评分和头痛发作情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天舒片合用卡马西平治疗偏头痛疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of Tian Shu tablets combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of migraine.Methods:68 patients with migraine were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Tian Shu tablets.The observation group was treated with Tian Shu tablets combined with carbamazepine.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the emotional score and headache attack were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Tian Shu tablets combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of migraine was significant.
