摘要 目的:探讨二维高频超声联合超声弹性成像对甲状腺结节良恶性病变的诊断效果。方法:收治甲状腺结节良恶性病变患者99例(140个结节),分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用超声弹性成像诊断,研究组采用二维高频超声联合超声弹性成像诊断,比较两组诊断效果。结果:在对照组,灵敏度59.09%,特异度77.03%,准确率68.57%;在研究组,灵敏度84.48%,特异度91.46%,准确率88.57%。结论:二维高频超声联合超声弹性成像对甲状腺结节良恶性病变的诊断效果显著。 Objective:To explore the application effect of two-dimensional high-frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:99 patients(140 nodules) with benign and malignant thyroid nodules were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was diagnosed by ultrasound elastography.The study group was diagnosed with two-dimensional high-frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastography.We compared the diagnostic efficacy of two groups.Results:In the control group,the sensitivity was59.09%,the specificity was 77.03%,and the accuracy was 68.57%.In the study group,the sensitivity was 84.48%,the specificity was 91.46%,and the accuracy was 88.57%.Conclusion:The application effect of two-dimensional high-frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules was significant.
