摘要
目的:分析对血液病患者的肺部真菌感染进行影像学诊断的效果。方法:收治真菌感染血液病的患者38例,全部患者都采用16层螺旋CT诊断,观察诊断的情况。结果:全部患者都伴有发热的症状,高热16例;都有不同程度的咳痰与咳嗽症状,患者有痰中带血或咳血11例;患者呼吸困难与气促8例;患者胸痛与胸闷26例。结论:对血液病患者的肺部真菌感染进行影像学诊断,能够清楚显示各种病症与感染类型。
Objective:To analyze the effect of imaging features of pulmonary fungal infection in patients with hematological diseases.Methods:38 patients with fungal blood disease were selected.All patients were diagnosed by 16-slice spiral CT.We observed the diagnosis situation.Results:All the patients were accompanied by fever symptoms,16 cases of high fever,all of which had different degrees of expectoration and cough symptoms,patients with blood in sputum or hemoptysis in 11 cases.8 cases of patients with dyspnea and shortness of breath.26 cases of chest pain and chest tightness.Conclusion:The imaging diagnosis of pulmonary fungal infection in patients with hematological diseases can clearly show a variety of diseases and infection types.
