奥氮平对精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响

The effects of olanzapine on EEG in patients with schizophrenia

目的:观察奥氮平对精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响。方法:收治精神分裂症患者80例,口服奥氮平治疗3个月后观察脑电图变化。结果:治疗后脑电图异常16例。其中轻度异常12例,疑似癫痫样波4例,但在观察过程中无癫痫症状发作。结论:奥氮平对脑电图影响小,诱发癫痫可能性低,较安全。

Objective:To observe the effects of olanzapine on EEG in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:80 patients with schizophrenia were selected.The changes of EEG after 3 months treatment with olanzapine were observed.Results:There were 16 cases of abnormal EEG after treatment,mild abnormality in 12 cases and suspected epileptic wave in 4 cases after treatment,but there was no seizure during the observation.Conclusion:Olanzapine has little effect on EEG,the possibility of induced epilepsy is low,which is more secure.
