多层螺旋CT重建技术对颅底骨折的诊断价值分析

Analysis on the diagnostic value of multi slice spiral CT reconstruction technique in skull base fracture

目的:研究多层螺旋CT重建技术对颅底骨折的诊断价值。方法:收治颅底骨折患者96例,随机平分为对照组(常规CT)和观察组(多层螺旋CT重建技术)。将两种检查方法的扫描诊断结果进行比较。结果:观察组采用多层螺旋CT重建技术,其检出率95.83%,比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组中显示出颅前窝骨折18例,颅中窝骨折16例,颅后窝骨折12例。结论:多层螺旋CT重建技术应用在颅底骨折诊断中,有利于临床医生对骨折的位置和损伤程度进行判断并予以早期治疗,亦为公安法医部门提供了直接的临床证据。

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of multi slice spiral CT reconstruction technique in skull base fracture.Methods:96 patients with skull base fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(conventional CT)and the observation group(multi slice spiral CT reconstruction technique)on average.The results of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results:The detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction in the observation group was 95.83%,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 18 cases of anterior cranial fossa,middle cranial fossa in 16 cases,and posterior cranial fossa in 12 cases.Conclusion:Multi slice spiral CT reconstruction technique application in skull fracture diagnosis is helpful for doctors to judge the position and degree of fracture and early treatment,also for the public security departments to provide direct evidence of clinical forensic medicine.
