高龄股骨颈骨折患者的预见性护理方式及效果评析

Predictive nursing methods and effect for senile patients with femoral neck fracture

目的:探讨高龄股骨颈骨折患者的预见性护理方式及效果。方法:收治高龄股骨颈骨折患者68例,随机分为传统组和预见性组。传统组采用常规护理,预见性组采用预见性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:预见性组患者满意度、手术时间、引流量、出血量、住院日和并发症发生率均显著优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理方式在高龄股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the predictive nursing methods and effect for senile patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:68 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the traditional group and the prospective group.The traditional group was given routine care.The prospective group was given predictive care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the prospective group,patient satisfaction,operation time,drainage volume,blood loss,hospital stay and complications were significantly better than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of predictive care for senile patients with femoral neck fracture was significant.
