Nursing measures and effect of adult patients after internal fixation of fracture of tibia and fibula

目的:探讨成年人胫腓骨骨折内固定术后护理措施及效果。方法:收治成年人胫腓骨骨折内固定术患者80例,分为M组和N组。N组采用常规护理,M组在常规护理基础上加用综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:M组护理满意度、SAS评分和SDS评分均显著优于N组(P<0.05)。结论:成年人胫腓骨骨折内固定术后采用综合护理,能有效缓解负性情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the nursing measures and effect of adult patients after internal fixation of fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods:80 adult patients after internal fixation of fracture of tibia and fibula were selected.They were divided into the M group and the N group.The N group was given routine care.The M group added comprehensive care on the basis of conventional care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the M group,nursing satisfaction,SAS score and SDS score were significantly better than those in the N group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive care for adult patients after internal fixation of fracture of tibia and fibula can effectively alleviate negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
