体外循环术后置心外膜临时起搏器在重症监护室中的安全护理

Nursing care of patients with epicardial temporary pacemaker after cardiopulmonary bypass in intensive care unit

目的:探讨体外循环术后置心外膜临时起搏器在重症监护室(ICU)中的安全护理。方法:收治心胸外科ICU病房体外循环术后置心外膜临时起搏器患者30例。对所有患者实施临床安全护理。结果:30例患者均临床起搏成功,临时起搏器应用时间1~14 d,30例患者心搏正常有力,心率90~120次/min,SpO_2范围维持在95%~100%。所有患者ICU护理后各项生理指标达到正常,均康复出院。结论:做好体外循环术后ICU患者心外膜临时起搏器的安全护理工作,能够帮助患者顺利、平稳渡过围手术期,有助于患者的恢复。

Objective:To investigate the nursing care of patients with epicardial temporary pacemaker after cardiopulmonary bypass in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods: 30 patients with epicardial temporary pacemaker after cardiopulmonary bypass in cardiothoracic surgery ICU ward were selected.Clinical safety care was performed on all patients.Results:All 30 patients were successful in clinical application of epicardial temporary pacemaker,and the application time of temporary pacemaker was from1~14 d,30 patients with normal heart beat,the heart rate was 90 to 120 times/min,SpO_2 range maintained from 95% to 100%.The physiological indicators of all patients after ICU nursing achieved normal,and they were all discharged.Conclusion:To do a good job of safe nursing care of patients with epicardial temporary pacemaker after cardiopulmonary bypass in ICU can help patients get through the perioperative period smoothly,which contribute to the recovery of patients.
