循证护理在脑梗死护理中的实施效果观察

Effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨循证护理对脑梗死患者的效果。方法:收治脑梗死患者54例,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用循证护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组患者住院时间、护理满意度和不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组。结论:循证护理对脑梗死患者的效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:54 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given evidence-based nursing.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with cerebral infarction was significant.
