儿科护理的风险要素分析与应对策略

Risk factors analysis and coping strategies of pediatric nursing

目的:探讨儿科护理的风险要素及应对策略。方法:回顾性分析儿科患者的临床资料,探讨护理中存在的风险要素,并制定相应的应对策略。结果:儿科护理中主要风险因素有社会、人为及管理等。通过采取有效处理措施,儿科护理质量显著提升,患者投诉明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:加强对儿科护理风险要素的管理有利于提升儿科护理质量。

Objective:To explore the risk factors and coping strategies of pediatric nursing.Methods:The clinical data of pediatric patients were retrospectively analyzed.We explored the risk factors in nursing,and formulated corresponding solutions.Results:In pediatric care,the main risk factors included social,human and management.Through the adoption of effective treatment measures,the quality of pediatric care was significantly improved,and the patient complaints were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the management of risk factors of pediatric nursing was helpful to improve the quality of pediatric nursing.
