摘要
本文从环境法律文化的内涵入手,分析了彝族传统环境法律文化的表现形式、特征及其现代生态价值,认为彝族传统环境法律文化对解决现代环境问题具有重要的启示作用,彝族生态道德教化对提升环境法律意识具有借鉴作用,彝族民间生态法对现代环境法体系具有完善功能,彝族生态经济法律文化对地区经济具有促进作用。
From the connotation of environmental legal culture,this paper analyzes the manifestation of Yi peoples traditional environmental legal culture, characteristics and modem ecological value, it is believed that issues re-garding traditional environmental law are enlightening us in handling environmental problems, ecological moral ed-ucation of Yi people can be used as reference for enhancing legal consciousness, the folk ecology law of Yi people is helpful in perfecting the environmental legal system, ,the ecological economic legal culture of Yi people pro-motes the growth of regional economy.
