随着学科环境与要求的变化,需要切实推进思想政治教育的社会化、科学化和制度化发展。思想政治教育社会化发展的关键在于聚焦社会现实,关注社会需求,促进社会互动,服务社会管理。思想政治教育科学化发展的根本在于以理论研究促进教育实践的科学化,实现理论先行与实践验证之间的相互支撑。思想政治教育制度化发展的要务在于加强知识生产与社会实践的制度安排,增进学科建设主体的制度自觉,加强党和国家各项社会制度的认同教育。

Owing to the changes in terms of situations and requirements, it is necessary to promote socialization, scientification and institutionalization of ideological and political education. Focusing on the social reality, giving attention to the social needs, stimulating social interaction and servicing the social management are key factors of socialization. The foundation of ideological and political education lies in the promotion of scientification in edu-cational practice, realization of mutual support between theories and practices. Strengthening the institutional ar-rangement of knowledge production and social practice, improving the consciousness of discipline construction, strengthening the political and social identity education are of top priority in the institutionalization of ideological and political education.
