摘要
伊丽莎白·乔利,作为澳大利亚当代女性作家的代表人物之一,一生共出版了十五部长篇小说,五部短篇小说集,四部文集。作家融合了后现代主义和人文主义的写作风格,以女性特有的细腻视角展示了各式各样的女性边缘人物,其中以《井》最为著名,这部小说一举拿下澳大利亚最高文学奖——迈尔斯·弗兰克林文学奖。对于小说中的女性人物,国内有众多学者大多是从传统的弗洛伊德精神理论进行分析的。在查阅大量文献的基础上试图从新弗洛伊德精神理论的视角来分析小说中的各色女性人物,力图为读者展现处于社会边缘的澳洲女性的心路历程。
Elizabeth Jolley , one of the representatives of Australian modem female authors, has published fifteen full-length no v els, five short stories, four collected works. She combines the writing style of postmodernism and humanism. And The Well is the most famous, it won Australia’ s highest prize for literature-Miles Franklin Literature Prize. As for the female characters in this novel, many domestic scholars have approached them from the perspective of traditional freudianism. This paper attempts to analyze the various female characters with New Freudian Psychoanalytic Theory based on a large number of documents in order to reveal the mental experience o f Australian marginal females.
