摘要
为了提高机组运行经济性、安全性、稳定性和满足国家环保要求,积极响应国家鼓励实施在役煤电机组综合升级改造,绥中发电有限责任公司对一期2×800 MW俄制机组实施节能减排优化升级改造。整体改造共包括13个子项目,总投资约12亿元,机炉电热全面覆盖,机组安全、经济、环保达到了最优组合。项目投产后,机组增容10%达到880 MW,供电煤耗下降近40克/千瓦时,预计每年可节约标煤32.8万吨,厂用电率下降超过2个百分点,烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放指标均优于天然气发电排放标准限值,实现了灰渣综合利用、控制系统达到百万机组先进水平等优异指标。
