摘要 本文介绍了空冷机组设计背压选取的一种新思路。全年抽凝式汽轮发电机组实际的运行工况,按照抽凝式工况运行,而非纯凝工况,但空冷岛配置按照纯凝工况进行设计选择,空冷岛配置容量较大,机组运行背压较低,但机组偏离高效区,机组运行不经济,得出按照纯凝工况优化确定的设计背压是不合理的结论。汽机设计背压应按照实际运行背压来确定,这样会提高机组运行效率,降低煤耗,为工程带来较高的经济效益。 This paper introduces the design of air cooling unit pressure selected a new train of thought. Back pressure turbine design, should be in accordance with the actual operating back pressure can be determined, it will increase the unit operation effciency, reduce energy consumption, for a project to bring taller economic benefits.
